hi, i hope 2020 has been good to you. to be honest, i have no idea how this works but i am really hoping for a miracle right now :"(

i am a student who just finished my studies a month ago, and a year ago my friends and i already planned to go for a graduation trip in april 2020 right after our final year project. fast forward a year later, we're finally done with our studies, but the conoravirus suddenly hit us smack in the face and i cancelled my flight. however, 3 weeks ago we received news that one of our friends (a really dear friend to me) was migrating to france soon after the trip due to family reasons, and we might not meet ever again. and i was scared because there was not much time left in the first place, and with a 10-day trip to taiwan i could have had more time with her, but i cancelled my flight beforehand. i debated against my parents about it and they told me that if i really want to go then i "jolly well find a way to get money" because they are strongly discouraging me to go. i was planning to go on the trip with my own money in the first place, but since i backed out of it earlier on, i've quit my part time job to focus fully on my final year project, which was very time consuming. and for the last 3 weeks i've been searching so hard for jobs, trying to raise money,  i did many odd jobs and event jobs, giving out flyers while wearing masks on the streets despite the coronavirus, washing dishes, doing the laundry, anything i could get my hands on. but the hourly rates aren't high and i'm running out of time, the later i book another 2-way flight ticket, the more i have to pay, and i don't even have enough money now. we planned to go to all 10 places in the video that we found last year and some other places, and we calculated that the whole trip will cost about $1600 but i barely have $1000, and with only have 3 more weeks before the trip on 1st april, i desperately need a miracle. i know that my situation is not the worst thing ever, and there are a lot of people out there who need the money more than me, but my friend has been with me for almost a decade and i just really want to cherish the remaining time i have with her. i'm trying so hard to raise the money and despite the conoravirus i still really want to make some lifelong memories with my dear friend. at this point i really don't know what to do, i'm just praying for a miracle to happen. please help me if you can, i will be forever grateful...
