I am blessed to have this incredible opportunity to study abroad and explore global food systems, sustainability, and international cultures. Studying abroad has always been a dream of mine, and this trip to Vietnam will allow me to experience firsthand how food availability, production, and consumption shape communities worldwide.

From exploring Hanoi’s vibrant street food scene to working alongside local farmers, this program will deepen my understanding of global food challenges and solutions. It will also provide me with valuable knowledge to apply to my future career in Recreational Therapy, helping me incorporate cultural and sustainable practices into my work with diverse populations.
