Iam Samuel Katende from Uganda,  currently reside in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai with my younger brother Hilary Kasadha. We left our country to pursue a better future but unfortunately things fall apart for my brother and he failed to get a job it's now over a year and he is living in the foreign country illegally with no documents Iam paying for him fines for each day he stays in the United Arab Emirates from my little earned salary .
Please kindly help me to clear his already fixed 3000USD  fines and the daily increasing fines and arrange for him to travel back home
