Mister Victor is an orphan who was picked from the Bush by a farmer, who brought him to the Church because he is a staunch Catholic in the Church. He the orphan was named Emmanuel by late bishop Eric Oyugo who ordered the saving of the orphans, motherless, less privileged. Emmanuel was diagnosed and the ailment was treated by the doctors in our orphanage but they demanded urgent surgical operation to save his life. We the clergies humbly request for help to save his life.
