South Africa is one of the most, if not, one of the most racially fragile civilized communities. South Africa needs to lead or amongst efforts of leading the uncomfortable discourse of racial integration. l have observed Black and White, Mixed Race, and Indian community builders, that have a lot to suggest to the efforts of racial integration in South Africa. They are hidden under the discordant voices that do not come up with solutions, but just outrage at the racially polarized South Africa. Its time someone gave them a platform to be heard verbally. Not quoted in a thesis or dissertation or book but in motion picture hereunder sunny South Africa. The dialogues of political, civil and religious leaders have its place, but what good will it do when they talk have tea and shake hands and yet those that walk the streets, fill the churches, attend the rallies, clock in at the offices, the subordinate, the tithe returner, the offering giver, the street sweeper is not heard. We need to capture their quivering voices, their emotions whether noble or insidious. We need to understand them untainted by pen or paper before we can shake hands over tea and cake.

l am a qualified Pastor (BA Theology) currently a student of MA Missiology and NDP Psychology. l would like to do a documentary about my master's dissertation: the working title is on finding a model of racial integration. l am pastoring a multicultural church, which is very rare in South Africa, especially as a black gentleman. (see attached picture). Distinctively involved in community service to curb social crimes (Anti-drug campaigns, prostitution/brothels, human trafficking etc), headed by the South African Police Service (SAPS). l visit schools to speak with learners motivational, drugs and concomitant issues etc.

We need a local model that will be drawn from community groups interviews rather than an interrogation drawn from textbooks or individuals, though they have their place in the conversation as well. l intend to interview big corporates, NGOs, and parastatals in South Africa, to get a sense, and social pictures, how nonreligious institutions and organizations are doing with racial integration. Their success and failures, their biggest challenges. These interviews are preparatory for religious interrogations since churches are defined by 'Born Again'. A term defined in my research proposal which is available if required, pdf. Will there be strides made by nonreligious entities? If there is what, and how they did it. In turn, what can the church learn or unlearn from nonreligious entities? This is in light and in line with the claims of conversion or born again.

Few would be interested to read, fewer may cite it academically, world audience prefers video format. Racial integration is an international imperative, we can not afford to have a limited audience about such subjects. l am picturing a documentary of international audience quality, for the world to learn from our direct and sober engagement of the subject here in  South Africa. If South Africa is observed, respectfully and demonstrable engaging, and modeling a racial integration, those elsewhere, where the situation is not as dire, will be encouraged.

l will be glad to furnish with any more further information for clarity, authentification, or otherwise. Or any need to consult anyone necessary about me and my project. e.g student number at University, qualifications, youtube ministry channel.

What is needed in Summary

Salient points:
  1. l have a disability, but l can drive. l do not own a vehicle.
  2. Funds for travel, lodging, and food for myself and a team of 3-5 people
  3. Funds or donation of cameras lights or any other necessary studio accessories.
The value of your kind hand heart cannot be adequately computed by any earthly arithmetic.  This would mean more than a lot to me. l believe l have a heart and mind for this tremendous community building task. My mind has refused to dwell on the sidelining, and little thought of that l have endured. Please may l hold on to your able and willing arms.

Yours Respectfully
A- Child-in-Service
