My name is Dan Shapiro, I live in Toronto, Canada. In 2013, the apparent attention I got from Canadian intellgence services evolved into severe harassment, disruption of vital activities and even explicit physical tortures. In 2016, I moved to Israel where I got similar treatment from the Israeli intelligence services. Upon returning back to Canada in 2020, I found my offenders as determined to torture me while stubbornly avoiding any formal contacts and procedures.

Not only I can see no end to the above treatment, but I also believe that over the years of exposure to the operations of organizations such as the Canadian Security Intelligence Services and the Mossad, I have gained such an insight into their activities, many of which are either illegal or may be considered dangerous for their reputation, that will never let them cease being threatened by my existence, and, consequently, my existence will forever be threatened by them.

I wish to ask for an asylum in Germany in the hope that it can shield my life from danger and allow for a life free from tortures. Lacking in meaningful financial means, I need the specified amount in order to:

- Leave Canada in an orderly manner.

- Buy a ticket and anything else that will be needed for the trip.

- Accomodate myself safely in Germany.

- Cover any unexpected expesnses.

- Travel across Germany and/or Europe if necessary.

- Any excess funds will be used to facilitate my leagal struggle for recognition of the treatment I got and for holding my offenders accountable for it.
