Hi my name is Gayan my only son had an accident which resulted in a kidney infection and had to undergo dialysis three times a week. He is now 26 years old. A month ago, doctors recommended removal of thyroid gland for kidney disease. Shortly after the surgery, he fell into a coma. I have to take him to Australia for treatment and I don't have money for that trip Any help is welcome help me save my son
