Please help me take my mom and kids on their first vacation

My Travel Story

I was diagnosed with major depression, anxiety and PTSD in 2019 and my family has been so supportive evm the little ones.. My left side was not working for almost a year and they kept me going. 
My mom used to feed me, bath me, change my clothes and even helped me learn how to write again because my right side was also affected in a way. 
The kids always remind me to take my pills, when I have panic attacks they calm me down so I just want to thank them for being there for me. My recovery was miraculous and I know without their support I wouldn't have made it.
My plan was to take them for a vacation but I can't because I'm medically boarded due to a relapse I had.
I just want them to rest from taking care of me and stressing about bills even if it's just for a weekend or a week. I feel like just saying "thank you" is not enough. My mom is 65, my kids are 12 and 7 but the responsibility  they have shown always shocks me and leaves me in tears.

Please help me show them appreciation and for them to enjoy and not worry about me.
