For my 45th birthday I wanted to immerse myself in Italian culture and food. I want to party on a pirate ship off the coast of Venice dressed as a Musketeer, explore Milan and Lake Como, do a little shopping and stuff my face with as much Italian meals as a I can, and end my trip in prayer at the Vatican. Sounds like a well rounded trip.
