My Travel Story

I will be going to volunteer at an elephant nature park, which is homed to about 80 elephants who have been mistreated through various means such a tortured in the circus. I will be spending my time learning about how they’ve been treated but also proactively helping on the park - so lots of scooping poo, preparing their food, general clean up, every little bit helps!
And then my second week will be in a remote hill tribe where I will be delivering English lessons to the children there. I will also be teaching them about recycling and the environment as Thailand currently does not have a recycling program like we do in England!
