I am Information Technology graduate residing in Lesotho but I have big ambitions to improve Technology in my country to benefit almost everyone regardless of their location in the country. I choose to visit USA or China because they are tho most accomodation and technically improved  and I believe I will be able to learn  1 or 2 important things from them and then apply them when I get back.
It will be highly appreciated if you can assist me to bring this vision to life, my country is so backward when it comes to technology sometimes I feel like we are living in 18th centuries
