Hello everyone! This winter break I plan on volunteering in Belize. I'm a scuba diver with a PADI Advanced Open Water certificate. If I manage to go there, I'll be doing beach cleanups, diving and checking the health status of the local marine ecosystem. I've always loved diving and I'm just really happy to do something nice for the ocean.
I chose Belize because it is relatively close to where I live so transportation might be easier. Also, Belize is one of the most magnificnet coral reef ecosystem on Earth and it's very important to protect it from all the possible threats.
I feel like it would be a fantastic way to spend my Christmas helping and making contribution to the world we live in!
