Help me reunite with my long lost great-grandmother
My Travel Story
This is so hard to do but I want to give my best effort so I’m reaching out to ask for your support with something deeply personal and important to me. I have the opportunity to travel to Spain to meet my great-grandmother, someone I’ve never met, but who has been quite a powerful presence in my family’s history and heart.
She’s now in her 90s, and time is something we don’t have endless amounts of. I don’t want to miss this chance to connect with her, to sit by her side, hear her voice, and let her know that even though we’ve never met, she has never been a stranger to me.
Unfortunately, international travel isn’t cheap as she has been living in Spain for the last 30 years . So I’m currently unable to cover all the expenses on my own. I’m doing everything I can; saving, budgeting, and planning but I still need help to make this journey possible.
