I live in a poor country where unemployement rate is devastating high. Can't literally find any job. My friend lives at Malta, and he can guarantee work for me, but I have to get money first so I can pay my first rent and papers for work fees.

My familly is poor and in debts , so they cannot help me. 

So I am literally begging you, dear reader, for help.

I need like 1000euros for a rent, working papers and for some food to eat until my first pay, then I will be back on my feet.
