My Travel Story

Since I've been little always been told the about the importance of the ocean and how todays society has been actively endangered our oceans. As a consequence of this our marine species populations have drop dramatically in almost all species compared to he numbers we used to see 40 years ago. But one of the species that has suffered the most for its vulnerability are our beautiful sea turtles. Because of their vulnerable nature when their born they are extremely delicated creatures that require a lot of care, and due to our polluted oceans the have become a lot more vulnerable as species and specially when they're born since they're so fragile. Only one of every 100 turtles survives to adulthood due to the current state of the ocean that threatens their environment making difficult for them to strive or even get to adulthood. Every living being deserves the chance to have full life since we all have a purpose in our planet and every creature has an important role to our ecosystems and sea turtles are no different. The ocean is the heart of our planet and we most protect it including their inhabitants. I've always had been facinated by the ocean, it's almost out of this planet the species that live in it and sadly most of the populations continue to dacay over the years. Although we can't magically change the current state of our oceans and marine life, we can definitely help out in many different ways to make a small difference. That's why I decided to take this journey to Bali to give my contribution by helping taking care of the sea turtles and protecting them from the dangers that they face so they can reach adulthood and increase their life expectancy.
