my mother has been under Russian occupation in Donbass since 2014.
She is a pensioner, social benefits are too small to travel outside of hostilities.
Due to the fact that Donbass is under Russian occupation, we cannot meet because the border between Russia and Ukraine is closed.
I ask for your help to reunite with my mother!
