My Travel Story

Hello! 

This fundraiser will assist me in my venture abroad to Poland for my Criminal Justice degree in June 2020. Thankfully I was selected amongst 11 other individuals that have goals bigger than Texas (crazy right?)

I plan to attend Graduate School and studying abroad will ensure I am prepared to begin my research on foreign policy and or domestic terrorism to better our society and even protect our homeland as my future careers.

I have not flown on a plane in almost 19 years so this will be a FIRST. This trip is meaningful to me because not only am I conquering my fears (of flying) but also facing a world head-on that is vastly different from my own.

I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and for those that can assist me financially. :)
