My Travel Story
I have always desired for my daughter to learn about the different cultures around the world by truly experiencing them, not by reading about them in books. For us to travel, see the beauty, wonders, and meet those that live there, means we can share our experiences and help in the communities we visit. We already try to help those around us however we can.
We both love learning whether it's about history, local stories and beliefs, historical buildings, native's stories around natural landmarks, scientific findings, as well as other things we have yet to learn about. Both of us are very respectful of what is and is not acceptable when we are traveling.
There is not one specific place we want to travel as we have so many places on our wish list. While traveling or exploring, we check in with the locals so see what we are able to do so we can positively impact their community. We have helped pick up debris after a storm, gathered trash left on trails or hikes, and helped small family restraunts clear dirty dishes from empty tables.
