My Travel Story

I am Lita, I was born and grew up in Rwanda where I live until now.

I am a single mother, who has been living in resentment after I experienced an unexpected pregnancy straight after I finished secondary school 2011. This resulted in raising my child alone and living a lonely life.   
One thing is certain: having an unexpected pregnancy at an early age in Rwandan society is a nightmare. I was immediately rejected at the point everyone around me would see me as worthless that I have no other chance left.
I was devastated,I never thought I would ever live a normal life. In such a difficult life filled with tears and grief, I was forced by these circumstances to find my ways to raise my daughter alone so too without her father. 
I still have hope for a better life ahead for me and my daughter. This is why I am always trying to seize any opportunity that comes my way to ensure a better future against all odds. However, I feel that a secondary school certificate that I have now would never help me achieve any of my goals.

I always hope without doubt that the secret to a better future for me and for my daughter is through pursuing an advanced degree in developing countries, this will enable me to get a better job.
In order to be accepted to study at university in Ireland, however, I am required to do an English Course first for six months in Ireland. 

Now that I am accepted to NED College, one of the best English schools in Ireland.
I need your help and support to get to Ireland to study. And I promise that I will return this favor to many other people in need, specifically orphans and widows in Rwanda.

I am now seeking to raise funds to cover English university fees, transport, visa fees and living expenses, proof of funds. 

The entire budget breaks down as follows: 

Proof of Fund: $ 7,000
University fees:  $ 3,000
Return flight (Kigali-Dublin, Dublin-Kigali): $ 1,500
Living expenses:  $ 8,000
Visa fees:  $ 450
Total =  $ 19,950
