My Travel Story

I will be doing comparative research on nursing practices in the United States and Peru. Visiting Peru, will allow me to directly experience Peru's healthcare. 

While in Peru, I will attend and participate in an international nursing conference, teach to students at a local university, complete a service learning project, and work alongside nurses in Peruvian hospitals. 

I will be comparing differences and similarities of Peruvian and U.S. healthcare, as it relates to maternal mortality rates.
