My Travel Story

My mother and I would like to travel to Puerto Rico to visit my grandparents and other elderly family members. My grandparents (aged 75 and 80) have both gone through surgery this month and have been struggling with some health issues. When we talk on the phone they keep asking when we're going to visit and remind us that they have a room waiting to be occupied. We last went to Puerto Rico in 2016 and haven't been able to return since. Additionally, we want to visit our aging aunts and uncles. The oldest is currently 95, has dementia, and he's not getting any younger so I deeply wish to spend time with him while I can. We lost one of our uncles in January 29, 2022 and wouldn't want to lose any others before we get to see them. There's no time like the present to make new memories.
