Hello everyone, my name is Jaida Veiga, a university student studying geology with a concentration in Earth systems and climate change! With a love for the Earth, sustainability, and the environment I decided to sign up for the Green Program. This study abroad opportunity focuses on geothermal energy innovation and solving real-world issues. By potentially attending this program, I would be gaining professional skills as well as moral improvements. Day by day, I would be studying in lectures and then hiking glaciers, volcanoes, waterfalls, and many other amazing formations in the country. However, this program would cost a fairly huge amount of money that I do not have the money for. Any donation received would be greatly appreciated and strictly used to fund my abroad trip!
