My name is Talina, and I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your support in helping me meet my very first grandchild.

Just a few days ago, my grandson was born in Tokyo, Japan, where my daughter and her husband are stationed as proud members of the United States Navy. While my heart swells with joy knowing my daughter has become a mother, it also aches because I have yet to meet this precious baby boy. It’s been **four long years** since I last saw my daughter. She left home to serve her country, and although I am so proud of her, the distance has been incredibly hard. Now, with the arrival of my grandson, I have an opportunity to reunite with my daughter and meet the newest member of our family — but I need your help to get there.

Because my daughter and her husband will remain stationed overseas for the next few years, this may be my only chance to visit them and bond with my grandson during his earliest days. I want nothing more than to hold him in my arms, see my daughter’s radiant smile, and thank her in person for her incredible sacrifice and service.

To make this dream a reality, I am seeking financial support to cover the costs of my trip to Japan. I will need funds for:

- A **passport** (since I’ve never traveled internationally)
- **Roundtrip airfare** from the United States to Tokyo, Japan
- **Hotel accommodations** for a one-month stay so I can spend quality time with my family
