Nkululeko is an extraordinary 20-year-old with an infectious smile and a heart full of dreams. Despite being diagnosed with an incurable disease, Nkululeko’s spirit remains unbroken. His courage inspires everyone he meets, and now, he needs our help to continue his journey with hope and joy.
