My name is Cole Zacher and I am a wildlife enthusiast. I am currently studying Fish and Wildlife at Sir Sandford Fleming College and am looking to gain some much needed experience in the field.

I plan on volunteering with a local organization in order to study sea turtles in Costa Rica to learn more about why the populations are so low and what we can do to preserve the species.

Throughout the course of the trip we will focus on how to keep nests safe from predators but more importantly poachers who contribute to the decline of almost every species species found in Costa Rica. The reason I need help is because I'm in college and don't quite have the funds to afford the trip.

This would be a very meaningful trip for me because it will give me experience in the field as well as the feeling of helping a species which is in serious need. Thank you for taking the time to read this, every little bit helps.
