Amid the chaos of war in the Democratic Republic of Congo, I as a Sevillian adventurer, finds himself displaced and far from home. What began as a vibrant journey to experience the culture and landscapes of Africa has turned into a desperate struggle for survival. With conflict erupting around me, My dreams of returning to Kenya, a land I was born in, still remains a dream. But financial hardship traps me in the heart of the Congo, as borders close and opportunities fade. The once-thriving streets of Kinshasa have become a battleground, and my hope lies in finding a way back to the motherland, where safety and solace await, yet remain heartbreakingly out of reach.
