My Travel Story

My name is Rob, I am 46 and the father of a amazing 12 yr. old son.  I recently was hospitalized and I have been diagnosed with CHF.  It is a pretty severe case, they put a pacemaker in which helps but the dr. said I am gonna need a transplant.  I also have COPD from smoking cigarettes for 20 years.  I have been cigarette free now for 3 years so yay me!!  But I also have B.E.D which is hard to maintain eating healthy like I should.  Ok, so enough about that.  Basically, my son has a goal to visit all 50 states.   We are on the east coast and have most of those.  But what I am trying to do is a road trip to visit the west. Well not Alaska or Hawaii..Those will be separate at other times.  I am not to sure how much longer I will be healthy enough to make these trips but I really would love to get this trip in with him.  We  plan on leaving in February and plan on taking about a month for the trip.  I really want to give this to him and could use your help.  Please consider helping me make a  dream come true for my son..Thank you all so much for taking the time to read this.
