My Travel Story

We are two Asian girls living in Paris and we have a five-year plan to travel around Eurasia with our animals (a cat and a German shepherd). It is not only a travel plan, but it can also be a potential business project. We are looking for financial support, please allow us to present and introduce this project.

 

1.Why this Plan?

 

There were many shocking disasters in 2019 and 2020: the Notre Dame fire, the Australian fire, the Arctic heat and the COVID-19, etc. that have changed the world. People's lives have been changed, and some people died with their unfulfilled dreams. We realized for the first time that perhaps the dream of traveling and exploring the world could wait for 20 years till we have enough money and time, but the world would not wait, nor would our cat and dog. Therefore, we decide to start right now.

 

2.What is the Itinerary?

 

We plan to start from Eurasia as the first exploration of the world, for which we have made a five-year travel plan: Driving from Paris France to Xi’an China, via Portugal, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia , Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam and other countries. This long-term journey is estimated at 200,000 kilometers in total.

 

3.What can we bring to you?

 

We realize that this request may seem a little abrupt, but we won’t take it for granted.

While traveling around Eurasia, we will share this journey on different platforms, such as youtube, Tiktok international and Chinese version (1.3 Billion users),  Weibo (550 million users), Wechat, (1.2 billion users), and Facebook etc.

With the huge network traffic, there are many ways to achieve profitability, such as in-vehicle advertising, brand exposure in videos/photos, online live broadcast sales (the volume of live broadcast sales in China is expected to reach 137.2 billion US dollars in 2020), etc. We believe that you could see more far-reaching business value than we do. Our project has distinctive characteristics and hot spots: two Asian girls  living in Europe, with a dog and a cat, longterm travel around Eurasia, and this is only the first step in traveling around the world.

 

The budget for two people, a cat and a dog is 554,500 euros in total for five years. 163,000 Euros are required before the departure, including vehicles, documents, equipment, supplies, etc; 78,300 euros per year during the journey, including accommodation, highway tolls, fuel charges and other expenses (unexpected expenditure and inflation have been considered). Besides,vehicle equipment can be sold in the end. Therefore, 554,500 euros is actually the maxim budget.

 

What is behind this plan?

 

We are one of the most common ordinary people in the world: studying and working in a step-by-step manner, neither rich nor poor; neither particularly lucky nor rarely encounter misfortune. We work in education and tourism and we live in a way that most people think is good enough. We used to believe that the universe is eternal compared to human life, but this year’s upheaval made us realize that eternity can also become instantaneous. So we decided to start to explore the world as soon as possible, and record all what we saw and thought on the journey. We hope that our records will allow those who have similar dreams but cannot achieve it to see this world through our eyes, and also let more people see that as long as you have the courage to jump out of the comfort zone and actively find ways to realize your dreams, everything is possible.

 

The Eurasian continent is the most dazzling and rich continent of human civilization and history. It is also a continent plagued by war and civilization conflicts, and a continent with obvious two-level differentiation in economic development. This five-year journey will surely be splendid, and will also encounter many unexpected setbacks and frustrating situation. As two women who accompany themselves, we hope to achieve self-exploration and growth during the journey.
