My Travel Story

Hello again!

I recently conducted a crowdfunding campaign and received 30% of my goal! I am elated! My trip is official at this point, so I am making sure to be as prepared as possible. That being said, I've decided to make a second campaign since I still have some time before my trip this month. I am doing this in case somebody wanted to contribute but the first campaign ended before they got a chance.

To recap: I have been nominated as Best Actress for my feature film I'm a lead in called "A Divorce Story" at the Nice International Film Festival. I'm traveling to France on a solo trip for the opportunity to receive this award in person. It will also be my first time seeing the movie! It will be so cool to see it on the big screen and immersed in the audience!

Our film has already won Best Feature Film for January 2024 at the Cine Paris Festival, and we have been nominated for other awards including Best director, Best Actor, and Best Feature Film in the English Language.

While I'm in France, I will check out the Cannes Film Festival (the biggest film festival in the world!) and, well, Paris.
