My Travel Story

As a child I'd build/create random things out of wood in my grandfathers shed at the end of the garden. Its probably what guided me towards my career in design. Even back then I remember I always enjoyed helping, seeing someones genuine joy because you spent time to help however you could, wether its just time listening to old stories or building something they'll cherish. 
I've been lucky enough to have spent my working life engineering some extravagant stage sets for people all over the world to enjoy that could afford to do so, through festivals, concerts etc. 
And over the last year I started to pass on what i've learnt and continue to learn by teaching some of the current young design engineers within the industry. 
But to me this is doesn't come close to being enough and want to put my skillset to greater use by helping create a better futures for the less fortunate, build houses, educate, or anyother way i can help. 
With this in mind I be extremely grateful for any money you could donate that will help fund a volunteer trip for a minimum of 8 weeks to build houses in Nepal, Guatemala, Haiti, to name a few. This has been a dream of mine for a long time and with your help we can make a difference in a world that is unfair for many.
