Nepal Integrated Blind Development Association is a non-profit-making organisation rendering help to a handful of visually impaired children in Nepal. They are not funded by the government and operating solely on funds donated by the public. During my last visit to NIBDA, I learnt from the voluntary staffs that there are quite a number of visually impaired children in Nepal, but they were unable to take in more children due to lack of funding.

I'd like to help them as much as I can, but I am only a nurse as profession and there's only so much I can do. However, you may chip in to help the NIBDA with your contributions. Funds received will be donated to the NIBDA during my next medical voluntary trip to Nepal, for the organisation to purchase more educational materials for the visually impaired children, basic necessities for the children and voluntary staffs who are living in their shelter, repair & maintenance work needed for the upkeeping of the non-profit-making facility.

Your help is greatly appreciated. I may not know who you are but on behalf of the children and every voluntary staffs at NIBDA, a heartfelt thanks from the bottom of my heart. God bless you!
