My Travel Story

I want to be a nurse in the US to help my family in the Philippines. I finished my bachelor degree in nursing with lots of debt, now I am struggling to pay due to my salary is not enough to pay everything. My father had a stroke that keep him paralyze and my mother can't find job because she's the one helping my father and my siblings are all still studying. I can't send my father to therapist because it is too expensive. I really want to help them but I can't. I really want to travel but not possible because my financial status right now and even though, I work for 4 decades or more I can't go to my dream place because my salary is not enough. I am trying to save but it will take me  hundreds of years before I can achieve my dream travel. My profession is not appreciated in my country but still I am working hard and stay compassionate to everything I do. I hope you guys can help. Thank you in advance.
