My Travel Story

  Bugesera District is one 30 districts of Rwanda, situated in the south of Kigali. Bugesera is a dry and arid district located south of Kigali, the capital city.

This district was particularly hard-hit during the 1994 genocide and during previous seasons of ethnsic violence in Rwanda. It lost more than half of its population

Today, many children and young people in Bugesera cannot afford to attend school regularly due to their families’ poverty.

As consequence of the above-mentioned issues, children need to be supported in the following areas:

 school feeding, school materials, uniforms, health insurance, school fees,….

Our organization understands that every child should be in school, not just being attendant but impacting the rest of his or her life. A well-educated child will stand for all challenges and contribute to development of his/her family and country.

To achieve this goal, we seek partnership and support   from philanthropic organizations and individuals of good will to support our actions.

Your support can either be in kind or a financial one, just as how you can afford it without harming your economic capability. Any kind of support, big or little, is so meaningful as it can help pushing higher children’ education and hope for a brighter future.
