Hello Global friends. My name is Masego Matsila. I am an owner of a small tour operator company operating out of Botswana called Mags Afri Tours.. My company offers well crafted itineraries of Botswana's enchanting landscapes, cultural immersion tours and heritage, the best Safari and game viewing experiences, township adventures as well as local cuisine, music fashion and arts. In June 2023, I had entered a competition to receive a free entry ticket to the World Travel Market Conference which will.be held in London from the 06-09 November 2023. Fortunately, I was granted this entry ticket. This leaves me with the responsibility to raise funds for an airplane ticket from Gaborone Botswana to London UK to participate as well as to cover expenses for accommodation for the 6 days I intend to stay in London in November this year. This conference is a big deal to me and a once a lifetime opportunity.. WTM London is an annual leading global event that brings together tour operators and global travel industry experts to network and do business. WTM London will give me an opportunity to sell my tour company to the World and promote travel to Botswana, a country with a great reputation for sustainable tourism and conservation efforts. WTM London will take my small business from 0 to 100 from my exposure and interactions  with the world's biggest tour operators,  influential people and decision makers in the travel and tourism space. I am a small fish in a pond with the goal of growing my tour operator company steadily over the coming years. Proceeds from my future tours will benefit the disadvantaged local communities in the rural communities of Botswana and to the animal shelters since I love dogs.
