My Travel Story

I am a determined young woman from Africa who wants to better the life of my mom and my children by getting a good education. I intend to build a good hospital, and an orphanage and establish a foundation to help people in the low-income sector once I graduate and get a good-paying job. When I lost my grandma to a sickness that could have been easily treated but the hospital refused to give her any medicine, not even something to ease the pain until we could deposit a fixed amount that we did not have, I decided there and then that I will go to school and become a doctor. I vowed to myself to build a hospital that will value lives first before money and give preference to everyone no matter their financial status. I applied to several schools around the world, those offering scholarships at least, and a good lot of them accepted me but I chose the one in the United States because of its reputation and accommodation of international students and also because of the number of opportunities available in the US which if I use properly I can speed up my dreams. I will not only be saving lives but also helping people and giving back to the world by helping the less privileged. Thanks to everyone who will donate to help make my dreams a reality.
