My Travel Story
Our family has faced tough situations, like many do, and making a request to help fund a vacation was hard to make. We are a tight knit family, we unexpectedly lost our mom at age 65, she had a massive stroke and passed away after 12 days on a ventilator. She left four children in absolute shock and heartbreak. Her health was good, so this was absolutely heartbreaking. Then 16 days after her passing we received the news that our father has stage three liver cancer. The pain and hurt of the thought of losing him so quickly is too much. He was seen and a tumor was found in April of 24 but the report never made it to dad's family physician. We have lost so much time, many treatment options and now it's basically making the most of what time we have left. The cost of mom's funeral services and hospital bills compiled with dad's stacking up bills leave us without money for a trip but it's the way.we feel we can make memories that will last a lifetime.
Please help us make memories with our dad, our time is so limited and money is very scarce. Let's cross this one off the bucket list! Thank you and God bless.
