Hi there! My name is Ashlyn Gomoll and I am a 20 year old junior at the University of Louisville. I am currently a Biology Major and Chemistry Minor with a track in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. I am raising money to fund a month-long trip to study abroad in Belize this summer to volunteer, study, and learn more about the Belizean wildlife, exotic animal health, and veterinary practices outside the country. This trip will be my first attempt at traveling the world to help those animals in need in countries less fortunate than the country I live in. The money will be used to fund my travel expenses and the overall cost of the study abroad trip to several different zoos, farms, and wildlife conservations and reserves. This trip to Belize would mean the absolute world to me. Ever since I was a little girl, I had dreams of traveling the world to help people and animals in need of care. I love meeting new people and learning about the world and its different exotic environments. Please help me fulfill my lifelong dreams of aiding animals in need around the world. Any and all contributions will be greatly appreciated!
