    Dear Founders,

    I wanted to take a moment to openly acknowledge where we stand and the challenges we’ve faced in making the progress we aimed for. While we’ve all poured time, energy, and passion into this venture, the results so far haven’t met our expectations.

    This isn’t about pointing fingers—it’s about being honest with ourselves so we can recalibrate. We need to understand what’s holding us back—whether it’s execution, alignment, strategy, or external factors—and address it head-on.

    Now is the time for tough conversations, clear decisions, and renewed commitment. Let’s regroup, refocus, and figure out how to get back on track—or, if needed, rethink the direction altogether. We owe that to each other and to the vision we set out to build.
