My Travel Story

Hi everyone!! I have decided to study abroad in Barcelona for the Spring 2018 Semester. As most of you know, I currently study Hospitality and Tourism at Robert Morris University. So studing abroad is the best experience anyone in my major could possibly have. Travelling abroad will allow me to immerse myself in another culture, experience being on my own, and truely see how others live. I've decided to go abroad because it will be such a great experience, learning in another country will be vey challenging, and I can connect with myself once again. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to take courses while in Spain, I have not decided on specific classes yet but most likely they will be business related. Learning in another country will open my eyes to a whole new world of opportunities.The world is such a beautiful place but most of us never actually get to see it. Therefore, I am following my dream of travelling the world, but I'm gonna need a little help to get there. We have to pay for our own airfare, along with other expenses, but I want to try to raise enough money on here to at least pay for my plane ticket. I've decided starting to fundraise early because then I will know how much I'll need to raise alone. Any help would be amazingly appreciated, even tips or advice on where to travel/ how to pack/ or anything you'd like to share with me!! I cannot wait to let you all know about my travels next spring!
