Hello, friends and potential supporters,

My name is Amna, and I'm reaching out to you with a humble request for assistance on my journey to fulfill my dreams of higher education. My path has been marked by adversity, resilience, and an unyielding determination to break free from the constraints that life has thrown my way.

At the tender age of 13, I faced the heart-wrenching loss of my mother. Left with a family struggling to cope, I took on the responsibility of caretaker, trying to keep the semblance of normalcy intact. My father, battling his own demons, turned to alcohol, leaving me with the weight of household responsibilities.

As I grew older, the desire to pursue higher education burned brightly within me. I began working to contribute to our family income, but every hard-earned penny went towards household necessities, leaving little room for personal aspirations.

Against all odds, I secured a spot at a university in Karachi, only to be confronted by a series of unfortunate events during my second year. A debilitating foot injury during the fall semester of 2021 and a severe kidney infection during the spring semester of 2022 disrupted my academic journey, causing my GPA to suffer.

Despite these setbacks, a glimmer of hope emerged in the form of an admission letter from Monash University. The opportunity to study abroad awaits, contingent on completing two science-based courses online. My family is supportive of my education abroad, but the financial strain of online courses has become a hurdle we cannot overcome alone.

I am turning to you, dear supporters, with a plea for help. Your contributions will enable me to complete the online courses required for Monash University, breaking free from the cycle of adversity and rewriting the narrative of my life.
