Greetings !!

I'm Rami 28 years old, Syrian live in Lebanon
i can't go back Syria because of war .
I live in Lebanon from 5 years ago and as you know we have many crises here (no electricity, no petrol, bad salaries).
I have a bachelor of information technology and I wish to complete my master degree someday. 
unfortunately I can't do that in Lebanon since it costs a huge amount comparing to my monthly salary.
I applied to Canadian immigration online and got negative response because I don't hit the minimum criteria (they asked for 13 thousand Canadian dollars so I can take care of myself).
my cousin lives there in Quebec and told me to try find some charity associations.
