I'm incredibly excited to have the opportunity to participate in my middle school’s 8th grade trip to Washington, D.C., through WorldStrides a program that provides students like me with powerful, educational travel experiences.

This trip isn't just a vacation it's a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see history come alive, deepen my understanding of American government, and gain real-world context to what we learn in school. I’ll get to visit important national landmarks like the U.S. Capitol, Smithsonian museums, the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials, Arlington National Cemetery, and more.
