My Travel Story

I am a passionate ESL/TEFL teacher who is always looking for ways to give back to the community and improve my teaching practice. I have wanted to teach and volunteer abroad for years. I am excited to go to Lima, Peru in July to not only make a difference in the lives of the kids there but to also gain a new perspective and learn about the culture. I am fluent in Spanish, but have never traveled to South America. I believe that all kids have a right to receive an education, so I am thrilled that I can participate in this program during summer break.
