Disabled Veteran on a fixed income being forced out of housing and in need of a hand up with a meaningful  safety net of emergency funds as to get started with my new retirement home and country. 
I do have adequate monthly living expenses I am asking for assistance associated with a safety net if I have a medical issue and  need to get back to the United States without difficulty  please and thank you  ..
