My Travel Story

Last year, when I finished uni, I didn't feel like following the 'normal path'. I wanted more, I wanted to travel, discover new places, new people, new cultures and find myself.
So I decided to go travel for a year with a one way ticket to Bangkok, no plans whatsoever and very little money. So far I've been to Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia and it has been amazing.

Along the way, I  was introduced to hitchhiking and loved the experience, so I had this crazy idea of hitchhiking all the way back home (Spain).

I think it is a great way to actually discover the country you're visiting, experiencing its people and culture at first hand.
After taking some time to plan out the route, I've decided to go from Thailand to Laos, crossing China into Mongolia, from there to Kazakhstan through Russia.. Further destinations will depend on the information I get from other travellers, articles and so on.

Being able to achieve such ambitious challenge would definitely mean the world to me. 
Furthermore, I want my story to be heard in order to prove people that a smile and some good stories can get you really far.

So much is going in the world right now it is easy to forget that PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!
