I've always wanted to be able to study and/or volunteer abroad, but I haven't done so yet due to a lack of fundings. I'm a pre-veterinary student and this program would be a wonderful opportunity for me to gain some amazing experience with animals in the veterinary medical field as well as volunteering at clinics in areas with less availability for animal health care. During this trip volunteers will be working in developing communities to provide veterinary health services to those in need. We will also have the opportunity to learn valuable skills and explore the cultural landscape in a meaningful way. 
This trip will allow me to explore the beauty of South America, something that I've never done before, and this program will allow me to volunteer in a way that will not only help others but also help improve my educational experience! Any amount of donations is deeply appreciated! <3
