My Travel Story

I already teach English to students that only speak Spanish at my high school, so I want to learn to communicate with other students that don't speak as much English or Spanish. I will help the community to make them feel included and have fun while they learn. I am passionate about this project because I was once a kid that didn't know English coming to the US but I appreciate and will never forget those who helped me along the way. I chose South Korea because it's a country that's very different from what I see in my daily life and wanted to know more about it. This is meaningful to me because this volunteer trip is something I'm looking forward too, I also consider it my senior trip!
