In the beginning of this year I was suffering from bad anxiety attacks and was diagnosed with depression & burn out. I saved all my money and went to Sri Lanka in April/May to do my Yoga Teacher Training in the lush green jungle of Habaraduwa, Sri Lanka. It changed my life. I learned this beautiful gift of regulating our nervous system through a fluid form of meditation. This special yoga style I've learned is called Yoga Synergy, it's a very unique way of moving your body mindfully and bring your nervous system from Fight & Flight mode into Rest & Digest. 

I meditated every day since than. 

I got in touch with Yoga Philosophy, the buddhist philosophy and what it means to try to life your life in the present moment. Now i feel like there is so much more to learn and I decided to apply for a Vipassana Course of 10 day silent meditation in Nepal. After that I am going to live with a Nepalese family and hike the Himalayan mountains. My travel will continue to Indonesia & Thailand where I will do a Sound Healing Training to bring my teaching skills to a higher level. I will learn how to bring my students body into an even deeper state of relaxation, de-stress with the help of frequencies and help them heal. 

I feel like now is no other choice for me than doing this trip right now without having any savings. I work as a Yoga teacher in Germany as well to save more money besides my full time job but it won't be enough to pay for the whole trip. So I found this Website and thought it might be worth a try while the other option would be a loan from a bank.
