My dog, Precious and I met in December 2020. She was a stray I met at my hotel in Lyubar, Ukraine. I asked the owner if I could have her. The owner and his family took care of her for me. In July 2023 I went to Lyubar to take her home but I missed an important step in traveling with a dog. I was so focused on Spains rules (where I now live) that I didn't noticed that her and I would be traveling through Poland first. Their rules are different so I was forced to leave her behind. I was able to connect with a woman in Lviv to take care of her and help me get her international pets passport. As of 27 October Precious is ready to come to her new home with me. All I need is $600 to drive her from Lviv, Ukraine to Warsaw international airport. In 3 hours of flying time her and I will be united forever. I am a huge animal lover. My heart has been captivated by this dog. Not only has she helped me physically but also mentally. She has lead a sheltered life. Driving in a car, for example, scares her but she is slowly warming up to it. When her and I were in Lviv she learned how to get on an old, rickety elevator.
