My Travel Story

Hello, I'm Erik, and I am a HUGE lover of geography, art, music, history and culture. Currently I am in 10th grade, I play trumpet in my local high school Marching Band. I believe this could be an amazing learning experience as I'm young and eager to learn.  On this school sponsored trip, AP history students and I will be going to some very famous places in Central Europe. Places like Dachau and the large concentration camp there. Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart which ties into my passion with music. In Vienna we will visit the Schonbrunn palace and meet with local students. With all this I could gain knowledge and experience as well as learn about culture and history. Among these places I'm going to will be some very mournful holocaust memorials with the biggest being Dachau in Germany. I'm also in an AP Euro history class and would like to share my travels with the other students by creating a presentation. If I can I'd love to ride a bike through the roads of Innsbruck as they hosted the World Road race championships in 2018. I hope you understand just how much fun and learning can be had and how these donations will be used. I'll be sending pictures and videos on this page of my trips In Europe.
